Ariel and Flounderby ~meirou

I made this in one day, I needed to make something quick for my uni portfolio and it ended up being the best thing I've ever made. XD

I had to draw this gorgeous girl who I thought looked like ariel! Here's the ref of the girl. [link] So thanks to the photographer of that who gave me the idea.

The owner of the photo is hairdresser Eroll Douglas.

I needed to look at clown fish because I have no idea what they look like. Anyway..is Flounder a flounder or a clownfish? Looks more like a clownfish to me.

Edit: OMG A DD IM SO HAPPY DSFKJDF THANK YOUU!!...I'm meant to be sitting a graphics exam right now and all I'm doing is sitting here watching the comments and faves.

A picture of Ariel with true Caribbean feel to it <3 This one of my favorite artworks of all time. The way the colors blend, combined with the shadowing, the lighting and how you created Ariel are just amazing. And Flounder is cute even in a realistic style x3 I truly love this~ I hope I can be this amazing one day!

I love everything about this...from the style of art to the atmosphere to epic Flounder! I honestly can't describe how wonderful this is...it's probably the best Ariel I've ever seen...I must check out the must of your disney series!
